Islamabad, Pakistan — open to relocation

QasimHammad

PMP-certified delivery manager. I run enterprise technology programmes, and I build the automation that runs underneath them.

Muhammad Qasim Hammad

Nine years turning complex technology programmes into shipped outcomes across Pakistan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, most recently at Telenor Pakistan under Etisalat e& Group. Lately I build the automation myself instead of waiting for someone to hand me a tool.

About

The automation started because the reporting was tedious and I wanted it to stop being my problem. It turned into something more useful.

I lead IT project delivery governance across BSS and distribution domains at Telenor Pakistan, now part of Etisalat e& Group: CAPEX tracking, vendor coordination, executive reporting and release readiness. Before that, PMO and Agile delivery for telecom and fintech clients across the Gulf.

I build workflow suites the way I would run a release. One gate holds every decision about contacting a person. The build fails on a hardcoded secret or a missing error branch. The queries get tested before anything runs, which caught five bugs a structural check had already passed.

I am not an engineer and I do not present as one. I am a delivery manager who builds his own tooling, which mostly means I can specify this work precisely, review it honestly, and say what it actually does.

Clinic front-office automation suite

Twenty-five front-office workflows generated from code rather than dragged together by hand, so the build fails on a duplicate node, an orphan, a missing error branch or a hardcoded secret. Every flow that can reach a patient calls one consent gate. None of them decides on its own.

AI receptionist platform

A multi-tenant platform where the agency sees every client and each client sees only itself. Call records lose their transcripts, recordings and identifying fields at the ingestion seam, so the sensitive data never lands in the first place. Production is gated on a paying client.

What I do
01

AI-assisted delivery

Building the automation layer under a programme, so status collection, monitoring and follow-through stop depending on someone remembering to chase them.

02

Automation governance

Consent gates, audit trails and checks that run against the shipped artefact, so an automated system cannot quietly do something the business would never sanction.

03

Programme delivery

Taking large technology initiatives from an ambiguous brief to an operational launch — scope, plan, execution, outcome.

04

Systems integration

Coordinating platforms, middleware, vendors and business teams so complex changes land without breaking production.

05

PMO and governance

Executive reporting, RAID discipline, CAPEX visibility and decision-ready delivery intelligence.

06

Agile delivery

Turning priorities into sprint rhythms, focused teams and credible release readiness.
